Sirens 5k series is held every other month in Tavares, Fl. (Lake County) at Wootan Park. This 5k race is a run/walk event. We have a kids fun run following the awards ceremony. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers, male and female, in each age group. The course is flat and follows along Lake Dora on Lakeshore Dr. Proceeds to benefit LSEMS Christmas Fund which provides Christmas for underprivileged families.

We have improved our event from the first race in May. Our second race in July we have more sponsers who will be at the race with tents and displays set up for you runners,  this 5k race we will have time chips to track your times for you, a better sound system, extra volunteers and more.
